Its pretty easy, he says what they think. He doesn't need a clue, doesn't need to be educated in the topics and he doesn't need to think critical about the subject matter. All he needs to do is feed into a particular bias and his audience is set. If he were to deviate from that bias he would see huge push back and decline in his brand.
