They make a bunch of really low cost retro style games modelled after systems like N64 or SNES or Saturn that are like $5 or less, and they're a blast. Tried Cavern of Dreams from them, and bought Kiwi 64 and Beeny as well which also seem like a ton of fun, highly recommended to anyone who grew up gaming in the 90s.

What I wanna know is has anyone as of late made a good successor to GoldenEye or Perfect Dark that's available for Switch or Switch 2?

There's a PC title called Agent 64 based on Goldeneye.

Nightdive's various remasters and remakes of classic shooters may also be a good subtstitute.
