Not sure if this qualifies as "sports" (fitness maybe) but since I have a really bad family history of heart attack/stroke (my Dad and his Dad both died at around 50 from it) I've been working hard to get in better shape this year, and today I got back my blood cholesterol test with "excellent" results, and I'm down 13kg/28 pounds since January and 27kg/60 pounds since 2014 when I was overweight.

Been jogging every day when I can, walking whenever possible, cutting out sugar and eating smaller portions.

I am, mate. I was pushing about 218 lbs (around the heaviest I've ever been, and a lot of it is fat), and I've lost about 10 pounds and want to lose more.

I'm moving more on the treadmill and such. My recent labs said my cholesterol is at risk, but not bad enough yet for medication. I need to reduce my cholesterol as well and eat more of a Mediterranean diet.
