There's probably no good price for this: too high, and no one's buying, and too low, and it'll make a loss for Valve. It's a terrible time to launch a new product, unless you have a sufficiently long-term deal for RAM.

0% chance Valve has a good deal for ram. Even if they somehow anticipated the Ram price "Armageddon", they are not building +10M Gabenboxes in the first year to guarantee a deal at low price.
