At this point, assuming the RAM crises continues and/or get's worse as they're predicting, I'd say SNY should put off PS6 until 2030, but launch the handheld asap, even if it has to be labelled as a PS5.
Launch the handheld (hybrid) holiday 2026 if possible, for as cheap as possible ($400 or less) and get as many PS4 players to transition because of it, as well as bring in many more newcomers due to a widely affordable PS5 model.
Next gen can wait, and if the handheld sells well enough, SNY can always get to work on a PS6 model for 2030 or sometime early into next gen.
With the rumors of SNY pushing devs hard on the PS5 eco mode, which is likely for the handheld, it wouldn't surprise me if this is actually what they're going to do.

PS3 - #- We must build a console that’s powerful, social, costs and does everything.
PS4 - $- We must build a console that’s affordable, charges for services, and pumps out exclusives.
PRO -%-We must build a console that's VR ready, checkerboard upscales, and sells but a fraction of the money printer.
PS5 - ^ -We must build a console that’s a generational cross product, with RT lighting, and price hiking.
PRO -&- We must build a console that Super Res upscales and continues the cost increases.
