With the increased ram and nand prices I don't think they'll have much choice. Even the manufacturing cost of physical game cartridges will be going up for them. 2026 could be a rough year for the whole industry, but not what you want when you only just launched your new console. |
Yeah Nintendo is really getting screwed over with the launch timing of the Switch 2 though the Switch 1 had perfect timing so I guess this evens that out. I now expect the PS6 to be late 2028 more than ever since I dunno if 2027 would work any more.
