We have Jordan sword and spaceship on 2 cardinal points, plus that chandelier and this strange cookie on the other 2 cardinal points, maybe it's a cult-like representation?

Pretty sure 'Ellie 2' is Chloe Frazer, the 'chandelier' is a Hanukkah menorah, and the 'red and green sticks' are Kwanzaa candles. 

Yeah, it's Chloe, Ellie didn't use a red shirt on TLoU2, I concluded it was her as all other chars are close to someone else in the series (I even wrote each series in a different color as you can see), and she is close to the clicker, and Drake and Sully are on the opposite side.

But the red shirt for the adult woman cookie and the strand hair falling over her face pretty much makes me think you are right.
