I'm not entirely buying everything that is being promised in the ViDoc because Bungie has never missed on ViDoc's, but they have missed on things they promise in them whether completely missing or half-baked. Having a few OG Halo devs be the first people you see talking is pretty funny though lol. Can only assume that's meant to be an assurance booster. $40 price tag confirmation. The irony of the lore being about greedy corporations and how those corporations are looking to recoup from their investments is certainly not lost on me lol.
