Yes VGChartz is the nearest you will find for Europe... but it is incomplete so the Lifetime totals are not anywhere near, for instance a number of people have been claiming the total PS3 software has exceeded X360 software recently, but it isn't true because a lot more of X360's software is missing compared to PS3.
Your best bet to get somewhere near is to ad together the VGCharts totals for Americas and Japan, and then add vague estimates for "others"
My guesses would be that X360 "other" total shown here should be about doubled... while PS3 and Wii multiplied by about 1.2-1.3
