For all the moaning about npcs in the run up to release they fit the game very well they feel more like the NPCs in Half-life who join you for bits of the game here and there but that's it. |
I have a feeling they're gonna be killed by the bad guys just to rip out players' hearts. Like when Mother Brain killed the baby Metroid at the end of Super Metroid.
