I have an Xbox 360 hooked up still that I bought 2 years ago. Plenty of games you can't play on Xbox One onward.
Xbox 360 outsold both PS3 and Wii in the USA and North America when all is said and done. I feel like it is the only time Xbox had a shot to get first place in Europe and globally.
While you can play a lot more games overall on its successors, it is still the best Xbox made to date. At least as long as you buy the "Jasper" and onward (so about no models from the first 3 years).
