Nintendo is acquiring 80% of Bandai Namco Singapore and will be renamed to Nintendo Studios Singapore

This seems to be exactly in line with what many here and elsewhere were saying about Nintendo acquisitions. This is a studio that was already providing support for many Nintendo titles. Makes sense to bring them in closer and build on that relationship.
