Sorry, but Nintendo is no "poor little thing." They are the company with the highest profits margin and the greatest greed.

Playstation is now more profitable than Nintendo and has been for years, guess why? Because Nintendo is not getting any of the digital, subscription and live service boom Sony is getting from gaming. Nintendo's old school selling games at retail model and getting next to no money from online and live service games means they stand no chance to compete with Sony in price cuts on hardware, Sony can bleed money on hardware and still make insane profits as we see from their financial reports.

Can I ask what metric you are using to compare profitability? Cause I'm pretty sure Manlytears was referencing net profit ratio or ordinary profit ratio, both of which I'm pretty certain are higher for Nintendo.
