So like, if you buy the PS Studios game directly from a PS Store on PC or console for say $80, you get both the PS5 and PC version. All future PS Studio's games will launch at the same time cross platform where PS Store is available.
For those who want to buy from a non PS store, you have to wait maybe 6 to 12 months to be able to purchase the game, which at that time will be a cheaper price at those other online stores.
Come next gen, if you purchase a PS6 game from a PS Store, you get the PS6, PS5, and PC version.
Side note, kind of. If next gen XB is basically a PC, this approach from SNY would make a lot of sense. Try and convince XB gamers to use the PS launcher and purchase from the PS Store.
