It was a similar story in Virginia - Earle-Sears did about as well as the polls were predicting, but Spanberger did around 4-5 points better. Looks like nearly all the undecideds broke for Spanberger; possibly they were waiting to see what happened with the government shutdown before deciding who to vote for?
