And according to those bars - Over half of the Switch 1 migraters were from those who bought and played Switch 1 during the first three years of the system's life cycle from 2017-2019. If you include 2020 in that, then that makes well over 2/3rd, almost 3 quarters, of the Switch 1 migraters being from the system's first half of its life. 

Safe to say - A whooole lot of us Switch 1 early customers have BEEN ready and waiting for Switch 2.

I know I was; got my Switch 1 in September of 2017 and by the time 2024 rolled around I was chomping at the bit for a successor; after being trained on Nintendo generations lasting 5-6 years, the 8+ years of Switch felt like an eternity lmao
