As of Capcom's latest quarterly report, the game moved just 634k; less than even the nearly 5-year-old MH Rise:

Capcom seem to have really misfired with this one; it has an explosive launch, but since then it's legs have been poor, likely due to negative word of mouth regarding its performance and design choices.
