I think Microsoft would rather sell 10-20 million Xbox consoles with high revenue and some profit margin than sell 50 million or more while eating more of the cost and keeping titles away from PlayStation.
I'm convinced Xbox 5 will be an enthusiast device and more expensive than PS5 Pro.
