So validating that greedy by saying "hey people are still buying" doesn't make Nintendo good or not bad. It's still bad what their practices are. It doesn't even address how punitive they are about emulation and how much disdain they seem to have for their own fans. Finally, it doesn't excuse how they treat their contractors. Not the full time employees at Nintendo but rather the contractors. |
Contractors know what they are getting into when they become contractors. You get a contract for one year, and after a year you can sign a new contract if they need you, or move on. It's really common for many companies when it comes to accountants. My uncle has a new accounting job every 12 months as his contracting ends with one and starts with another.
