I think having all three console form factors would be ideal: Hybrid, Handheld, and Home.

Releasing all three upfront would be great, but I think releasing a new type of model every 2 years would be great too; maybe an update of the hybrid every two years and then an update of the handheld or home console every 4 years.
2026 → Home Console 2.1
2027 → Hybrid Switch 2.2 (OLED, larger screen, chip update, that sort of thing)
2028 → Handheld 2.1
2029 → Hybrid 2.3
2030 → Home version 2.2
2031 → Switch 3.1
2032 → Handheld 3.1 (maybe even 2.2 budget model here... which might contain some of Switch 3's features on Switch 2 power)
and so on....

Either that, or group them into Hybrid + other form factor every second year.

Bottom line, I'm in favour of providing as many options as possible along a feasible timeline.
