I have to pick Nickelodeon for Avatar: The Last Airbender and later The Legend of Korra as I became an adult. First 3 seasons of SpongeBob were pretty goated for a goofy cartoon as well.
Cartoon Network had a lot to enjoy like Star Wars: Clone Wars but I didn't catch that until DVD.
Disney had some cool stuff, but I really loved the reruns of The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh which stopped around 2005 or so.
I watched a lot of the 2003 TMNT show as a kid but didn't watch the whole classic series until I was almost an adult.
