I usually have no interest in 'deliberately bad' movies like the Sharknado series; they just feel like excuses to not even try to me. There are exceptions, though. I found Black Dynamite, for example, to be absolutely fucking hilarious and it's become one of my favorite comedies. Same with Kung Pow for always getting a rise out of my inner juvenile.

I know a lot of people view it as a genuine classic these days, but Schwarzenegger's The Running Man fell into the 'so bad it's good' camp for me back when I watched it. Maybe I should give it another watch before the upcoming remake. 

As for movies that didn't intend to be bad but failed beautifully, I watched Samurai Cop recently and it's everything the clips promised. I haven't watched many others all the way through but I probably should at some point.
