The pentup demand from 2021-2022 was absorbed by an increase in sales of Series S. Make no mistake, at least 6 million units of current Xbox sales would have come to PS5 if both were readily available. Those sales can come back to PS5 eventually once Series S no longer is able to handle current gen game in acceptable state, but only if we have an extended generation. The odds are the sales Playstation lost will come back only on PS6, if ever
