Multiquote function broken

Multiquote does not work anymore.

When you choose to multiquote and then go reply, it only puts in the first one.

Noticed the issue occur today, had already told The Pi Guy, just wanted to let anyone else know (or tell me if I'm the only one experiencing this lol).
