13% hardware market share is more than I expected tbh.

For context this 13% is an estimate by NielsenIQ/GfK for this year. Not the actual results of sales this year so far. The original article that the one linked is citing is here: https://www.gamesindustry.biz/retailers-were-always-going-to-drop-xbox-over-game-pass

They had 31% of hardware sales in 2022, predicted to drop to 13% this year.
They had 11% of physical game sales in 2022, predicted to drop to 6% this year.

The UK has traditionally been one of Xbox's stronger markets.

If 94% of Physical Sales are coming from PlayStation+Nintendo it wouldn't be much of a surprise to see more retailers doing what Costco did.

The Gamepass effect, and their push for all digital.
Rest of the world, its probably lower than 6%.

In Denmark, most stores don't even have Xbox sections.
Even the biggest electronic stores here, you can go look at their store sites and search for xbox, and its a tiny selection...
and often they have sold out/no stock of certain stuff (xbox series x or s).

Like you have to out of your way, to actually find a xbox here.
