He had charisma, but he also made some poor calls like not localising Xenoblade/The Last Story/Pandora's Tower/Fatal Frame 2 and as such leaving the Wii's just two years in the US quite dry. Regarding Bowser, I feel like he was just kind of "there" and never struck me as particularly good or bad. Aside from the name, he was quite forgettable. Devon having been with the company since 2006 is a good sign, and the Bulborb is a nice touch. Here's hoping she does a good job.
