I once appealed to the highest court in my country, because our constitution contradicts itself. It says that men have to be drafted (military service 6 months or civillian service 9 months). And it says that men and women are equal before the law. They just wrote back (in official capacity) that there cannot be a contradiction. -Perhaps I should do something with this again. This sexism within the law, our constitution no less, really grinds my gears.
