Ryan Walters, Oklahoma's evangelical Christian State Superintendent, who pushed Trump Bibles into classrooms, hired a right-wing influencer to police Oklahoma's library books (and threaten schools), and got caught with a nudie movie running during a meeting of the Oklahoma Department of Education (and tried to blame the governor, who is also an evangelical), all while overseeing Oklahoma's breathtaking decline to #50 among the states in education, is resigning to take a position with a right-wing lobbying group.
