How well do you think Nintendo is handling the transition from Switch 1 to 2?

Considering how many big controversies Nintendo has had at this point (leading the charge in 80$ games, the failure of the fake cartridges, the console-bricking ToS...) and not a particularly brilliant first year in terms of software, I'm shocked the system has taken of as it has.
