Almost all Switch 2 games are actual Switch games. However Nintendo thinks it's better to make them exclusives, to push hardware sales
Sony tried to make that with GoW but their issue was promising GoW to be PS4 so they couldn't back off anymore. Also their games are expensive as fuck, so with only PS5 sales they would not recover expenses at least not short term
It will take a while for "true next gen" games. We need to make peace with the fact every console first 2~3 years will be dedicated to cross gen titles. Remember true next gen games take a while to create. If Switch 2 dev kits were out like 2 years ago, then a big game to fully use hardware will only come starting ~2027
