I am in favor of creating a new thread about Charlie Kirk's death and his shooter. A lot of the people who commented in the previous thread probably don't know that the discussion has shifted to the main US politics thread, plus the original Kirk thread obviously had the loose end of the who the shooter was and who is to blame. The original thread went bad because too many people jumped to conclusions, also because the thread title itself was misleading by describing Kirk as a conservative activist, so right-leaning VGC members who didn't know Kirk were inclined to believe that Kirk had reasonable views and therefore was one of them.
Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV will outsell Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was wrong.
