Lots of ports and Nintendo remembering us of games we already new were coming. I rate directs based on new announcements, and new games announced here were:
Resident Evil Requiem: A tier release, but there were rumors already, and the game was announced before. So I'll put it on A-
Dragon Quest VII: Remake of a mediocre entry of a even more mediocre IP. Art style looks like crappy, C tier
Fire Emblem: Looks like a proper sucessor to 3H, hyped. A tier for me
Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment: Another warriors game, as if the other 100 we had were not bad enough. D tier
Pokemon farming simulator with the name I forgot: lol, D tier
New DLC for Pokemon not yet released: Aside from the fact we have no idea what's about, it's pretty crappy to release DLC before the game. Screams cut-content for me. So F tier because it pissed me off
DK Bananza DLC: Looks alright but not must play, B tier if the price is reasonable

Okay for such a long direct I would rate it as D-/C- tier easily. But since many minutes were dedicated to Mario stuff I'm willing to give it a pass and understand only 40 minutes were from an actual direct
For 40 minutes, this was a C tier direct I believe
