I believe that was even hinted at as a possibility in the teraleak (which I believe also hinted at ZA being cross-gen, which came to fruition). Either way, I'm expecting Gen 10 to be either cross-gen or Switch 2 exclusive. Since there is clearly no 3D Mario game this year, they could have 3D Mario for Holiday 2026 and also Gen 10 cross-gen for Holiday 2026, so both systems get something big. And then Switch 2 can get its exclusive core series Pokemon game a little later in its life, which would be beneficial. @angrypoolman I doubt Metroid will move the needle, but at least it's another feather in Switch's cap (although it is cross-gen and Metroid seems like the type of franchise where most buyers would opt for the higher-end version). |
I agree with you on the 160m point. >160m means 161 100% breaks it, not 160.1. its one of the few instances where id say rol was wrong.
