Gaming, IMO, has never been better. I love the fact exclusives are dying and time-based generations are dying. Gamers being able to buy whatever hardware they prefer while being able to play most everything is fantastic. People like me can go high end PC for 4k/120 fps, others can go 1080pDLSS/30fps. Everybody wins.  |
the death of exclusives is a dystopian nightmare scenario for gaming. look how much worse this generation is compared to the 7th generation, which id say is the last generation where each console had its own flavor and did its best to try to convince you to buy it. if you dont have exclusives, there is zero reason to buy your hardware over another.
