It's not an excuse; there is obviously some reason why it is the way it is, and as long as we have no idea of the details, we can't say for sure who is to blame. Maybe the manufacturer just doesn't offer anything smaller, for instance, and there's no other economical option.

Look it is quite simple:

Sony reduces hdd on ps5.  Your view was SONY is the reason.

Nintendo doesnt offer anything other than 64 gb.  Your view, may not be Nintendos fault, maybe other factors.

Still a great poster Curl, but you do have a very pronounced bias.  

I don't recall hearing Sony may have reduced hdd for economic factors out of their control.
