exactly right. I have no respect for how they handled this. i think switch will pass their ridiculous 160 number regardless but i will be considering it number 1 as soon as it reaches 156 which should be close to around next fiscal year.
once switch passes 160 they will surely "reveal" their true number (because over 160 million is in no way an official sales figure). It might be 161, 162, or something else. i am starting to think they left the language vague to give themselves wiggle room.
