Update on this.
Final Fantasy VII Remake apparently runs at 40fps on Nintendo Switch 2 - My Nintendo News
Apparently the Demo was running at 40 fps.
Not sure if that is with DLSS, but that is higher than it was on PS4 (30fps), though falls short of the 60fps on PS5.
