Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase set for July 31, 2025

I was expecting a regular direct but a third party focused one makes sense too since it's about time for the third party Switch 2 announcements to start picking up. I guess the next regular direct will be the first half of September as usual though Kirby Air Riders needs to get properly shown off very soon with it coming out this year but considering its developers it could fit a Partner Showcase. This being a Partner Showcase is nice since I was thinking it'd be a regular one and then there wouldn't be another one of those till February so good to see that they're probably back to normal Direct wise already. This should be a relatively strong Partner one I think.

I feel like Kirby might be delayed to next year. Theres really no great time for it this year I feel. Unless its their November release I guess. Theres still Metroid Prime 4, Splatoon Raiders and Elden Ring that needs dates.

I think Prime 4 will be November so Kirby should be September if it isn't delayed so if it doesn't get a proper trailer tomorrow or within 2-3 weeks that's probably it in terms of it releasing this year.
