Corporations have ballooned in value, while we've seen a collapse in small business, and almost across the board American lives have consistently gotten worse over the past 45 years regardless of Democrat/Republican presidents. Housing, college, healthcare have consistently gotten worse everywhere in the US over the past 45 years.  

Meanwhile, Republicans have granted these corporations trillions of dollars in tax cuts since the year 2000 - and we've not seen the savings that you think are out.

Plenty of them still aren't going to do that work for $30 an hour. Plenty of places are struggling to find people.

You're also somehow ignoring that once again, those costs will end up getting passed onto the middle class.  

You're wildly mistaken on a lot of these things. I've not sure where you're getting your worldview, but you need to look around more. Turn off Fox News, get off r/conservative or wherever you are reading from. 

$30 an hour is a enough to live off of in red states. Blue states, maybe not but that is the democrats fault. Paying for illegal immigrants health care, education, benefits is costing the middle class a lot of money.

The democrats caused sky rocketing prices with their social programs. Why do you think New York and California is so expensive? Again, there is no such thing as a free lunch. 

This $30 per hour wage comes with 3 huge issues, though:

1. No farmer would pay anything close to that wage, as it wouldn't be profitable in any way anymore. Illegal immigrants often got paid below minimum wage because they had no way to protest: They couldn't go to the police without getting deported themselves. Btw, Trump did this a lot when staffing his hotels and casinos, as he bragged about it.

2. Now imagine if this would be done and every worker at the farms would get paid at least $30 an hour. What do you think will happen to food prices? In the case of produce the vast majority of the costs is wages for planting and harvesting the plants. Now imagine what would happen to food prices if the wages increase five- to sixfold? Exactly, the prices of food would also increase by such an amount - at least the ones produced in the US. Even with some 300% tariffs imported foodstuffs would then still be considerably cheaper than those Made in the US.

3. As already had been pointed out, even a $30 hourly wage wouldn't necessarily attract enough workers to fill the gaps as it's a very hard work under difficult conditions. Although as explained under the second point, imported foodstuffs would be much cheaper, so US farms would probably close down very quickly under such circumstances, which would eliminate the worker problem - though certainly not the way it was intended to.
