The MAGA brain in a nutshell:

MAGA Voters → hear the slogan "Make AMERICA Great Again!" and worship it.
Others → "Why are you worshipping a slogan and this ego-centric reality TV moron? Isn't that a bit culty?"
MAGA Voters → "We're not a cult! It's that Trump is a STRAIGHT talker! And he's rich therefore he is smrt!"
Trump → "I'm going to do all this terrible shit that benefits me and my buddies!"
Others → "You're going to vote for that terrible shit?"
MAGA Voters re-write reality to not sound crazy → "Don't be stupid! That terrible shit actually TRANSLATES to good shit! It will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! You just need to know the language and how to add 2+2"
Trump → Does the terrible shit.
MAGA Voters react → "WTF? This isn't what I VOTED for!!!!!!!!!"
MAGA Voters 3 days later they try to rationalize → "The terrible shit isn't SOMETHING Trump would do."
Others correct MAGA → "But he did the terrible shit."
MAGA Voters respond → "Nuh-uh! It was the government, AKA The Democrats! It's THEM who is passing all THIS terrible shit!"
Others bring evidence → "The Republicans run all branches of government."
MAGA Voters bring conspiracy theories → "APPARENTLY You haven't heard of the DEEP state?"
