The majority of Switch's first party output was new games; BOTW, TOTK, Mario Odyssey, Mario Bros Wonder, Smash Bros Ultimate, Metroid Dread, Splatoon 2 and 3, Xenoblade 2 and 3, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Kirby Star Allies, Zelda Echoes of Wisdom, Super Mario Party and Jamboree, Fire Emblem Three Houses and Engage, Paper Mario the Origami King, Animal Crossing, Bayonetta 3, Astral Chain, ARMS, Pikmin 4, Yoshi's Crafted World, Luigi's Mansion 3, Mario Maker 2, Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity, Mario Kart Live, Ring Fit Adventure, Switch Sports, Princess Peach Showtime, Mario and Luigi Brothership...

That's one of the strongest first party lineups of all time even without counting ports/remasters.

Botw is a wiiu game.

Astral chain  made by nintendo? (Thought it whas a atlus game but i can be wrong)

Its a good list as i said before switch is one of the greatest in terms of first party exclusives there is noo doubt about it.

But ps2 had more and more divere lineup.

Xenoblade2 whas amazing thou i bought a switch for that.

BOTW launched day and date on both Switch 1 and Wii U as a crossgen title, same as say God of War Ragnarök or Horizon Forbidden West on PS5.

Astral Chain was co-developed by Platinum and Nintendo and published by Nintendo.

"More and more diverse" is also debatable as Switch has one of the biggest libraries of any console ever.
