Smash 64 isnt available or even announced on NSO till this day...
But like you said, anything can happen. I wont deny the possibility, but I think the word "likely" is kinda wrongly putted on your probability parameters.
Normally people would use the word "likely" when things have a chance to happen greater than 50%, not below 1%
