That really depends on the game. The more demanding the game, the lower the overall framerate will be. Grounded? Absolutely! Stalker 2? Not so much lol Unless you're running a potato of a game, it would probably be best to target 60fps at the most. Mostly for it being a better target for the device to reach, but also for battery life. But of course with it being a PC, you can tweak graphical settings to help reach your desired framerate Yes, Asus even offers their own first-party dock so you can hook the device up to a TV/Monitor. From what I've read up to this point, it's about as good of an experience as you can get. Aside from Windows being Windows |
This feels a bit like a good way to slow ease someone like myself into PC gaming too, who is a bit nervous about getting fully into PC gaming, I can't be bothered with all the building my own PC, upgrading my PC, troubleshooting my PC, etc. Devices like these which are prebuilt, powerful and cut out the fat so they're essentially simply a pure gaming device, it feels like a nice middle-ground, with a lot of things about Xbox that I love, and I can still meddle with certain PC features and slowly ease myself into them. Likewise it would be a similar case for the Series X/S successor. This could help get me get properly into PC Gaming.

I only have a Steam Deck, so I can't comment from a personal perspective.
