Needless to say, the events occurring in the US at the hands of its tyrannical government are disturbing and concerning. The line has to be drawn soon, otherwise North America will descend into chaos. This MAGA cult marks a very dark turn for Western civilization. I’m not a religious person, but I’ve read the gospels multiple times, and this MAGA movement so closely represents the sanctimonious villains of those stories that it’s as absurd as a Greek or renaissance satire.
Protests are the solution.
But to find success, protesters need to take on risk and to disrupt the tyranny. Otherwise they’re impotent. Elon Musks’s home country was learning this all the way back to the Boers. But Ghandi is the most well documented by artists:

And in this case, life imitates art... but the inspiration for this art is the early 20th century rise of fascism.
If you haven’t seen Babylon 5, it’s a very 1980s level show with early 2000s level CG, made in the 1990s, but with a 2010/20 style storytelling (it was ahead of its time). It didn’t fear being political, like so many shows fear doing today. It’s about a Cold War situation in the galaxy between the Vorlons and Shadows (if you’ve read the Silmarillion, it's B5's main inspiration) with several other species/races stuck in the middle... and the rise of fascism in every single one civilization in the galaxy, including humanity. ICE-like gestapo forces and brownshirts taking control of things. There were protests happening, and then Earth Alliance sent troops to the various colonies, then this happened:

If you look at it as an alternate Rebel-focused story, Andor Season 1 is Episode 1, Andor Season 2 is Episode 2, Rogue One is Episode 3, and A New Hope is Episode 4 - as opposed to the Skywalker Saga Episode 1-9 Star Wars. This largely focuses around the first Death Star and building the rebel alliance. The rebels were factions of radicals (Such as Luthen’s AXIS group, Saw Guerrera’s faction, and the early Yavin based factions).
