I kinda figured Hogwarts is not the best port effort because they're offering a cheap upgrade price for Switch 1 owners of the Switch 1 version, which is kind of a tip off that it's a quick/cheap port and not necessarily the best version they could have made.
Cyberpunk 2077 looks like the best effort for launch titles, it looks better than the PS4 Pro version and not far off from the XBox Series S looking at recent video comparisons. It even holds up pretty well against the PS5 version w/ray-traced shadows turned on.
CD Projeckt Red showing a lot of devs how it's done it looks like.
