Thanks for doing the research for me! Some people out there would grill me for daring to ask a question or to make a joke about something that could be answered by spending time elsewhere on the Internet. I'm glad that you realize that this is a forum where we come for discussion and socialization, not to try turn everything into a dick measuring contest.
That being said, this makes me think twice about acquiring certain Switch games for the rest of the console's lifecycle for fear of buying an inferior version and wind up in a dilemma to decide whether to stick with it or get the improved version on a newer console. Why, it would be like getting a game billed as the total remake of an beloved classic, only for a newer version with an uncommon word in the title to come out on a newer console, and not knowing what to do with it!
