Regional releases are getting problematic, it doesn't seem The Expanse S5/S6 will ever get a Canadian release. So the only option is import from the States at inflated costs. CAD 100 (excl tax and shipping) to import S5 and S6 from the states.

Actually China is starting to catch on as full series sets now seem to ship from China... CAD 68.50 to get Season 1-6 shipped from 'zhangenhao' on 'blu-ray audio'. It sounds like a scam and can take forever to get here. Why labeled as blu-ray audio.


This is getting standard now when I go to look for movies on Amazon nowadays. Most are from importcds and other 3rd party resellers that import from the USA. No more Canadian releases, thus inflated costs, tarifs, extra shipping, and if you're unlucky get hit by a ridiculous brokerage fee from DHL/UPS when send from the USA directly.


So I buy less than 1/10th of the movies / series I used to buy. $50+ for a movie, it needs to be real special for that.
Thus sticking to the big releases like Wicked, Ne Zha among my latests purchases. Those still get released here.
