Same I have had times where I have had a lot of time to play, sounds great but it's really not, I hate those sites like PSN profiles cause it shows those times in the teophy data, even shows that I've had insomnia and I'm sure there is so much other data that can be extracted.

And yes, savings account over buying games you aren't going to play, especially games that you can't sell if it comes down to the wire is the way to go... some advice I might need to heed to cause you're doing way better than me with saving 😉. The data is misleading when you look at it at face value and I suppose it isn't difficult to rack up these numbers with bundles and all that, like you said.

Well no one's gonna know that unless you tell them lol - honestly I dont mind people seeing what I play and how often I play - I literally update my play time across these two sites daily.

Yeah, the number of games I'll be getting is gonna likely reduce cause there's not that many games left for me to buy (that is cheap enough) on consoles and so majority of my purchases will be from bundles on PC. Like last month, I was able to get about 25 games from a Fanatical bundle for about $60, with the games averaging about $20 to $30 per game in their individual value).

But I feel like gaming is gonna be more expensive than the past especially if you are a Nintendo fan who's gonna have to pay close to full price to play the games. Those type of games I would play immediately once I buy them though. (Case in point Mario Kart World which I'm hoping I can pre-order the Switch 2 bundle next week).

I dont really buy games day 1 but if I do, it'll be for games I would play day 1 (case in point with Super Mario Bros Wonder and Super Mario RPG back in 2023 - got them both day 1 and beat them both within a month or two).

Other examples would be GTA6 which I plan to get day 1 and Kingdom Hearts 4 (if I catch up to the series, right now I'm a few games behind so if KH4 comes out, I'll just wait it out like I did with KH3 and bought it when it was $20).
