I see so much Destiny in the new Marathon reveal, in so many different ways, like some have mentioned.
Consul to Ghaul - "Its functions can be controlled and exploited".
Ghaul to Consul - "Yet they believe it to be a God".

With all the PVP nonsense and backlash in Destiny all this time, I wonder how many might try Marathon? I wonder if Bungie would rather not have Destiny PVE and PVP together since it's always seemed to be a big headache for them trying to balance it.
Marathons art direction is pretty dope though. I really like its style. I haven't spent much time playing extraction shooters though, so don't know if it's something I could get into. I lost a lot of interest in Destiny years ago, besides the core story itself.
