@Jaicee - don't know if you're familiar with the Metal Archives - http://www.metal-archives.com ? It's a database of over 187,000 bands / artists. They have a similar artists tab for each band that users get to vote on, so if you're ever looking for bands to check out, it could be useful for you if you've never checked it out before.
That said, they can be quite strict on what they do and don't consider metal, so bands / artists that you think should be on there might not be (e.g. Babymetal are not on there, 99% of nu metal / alt metal bands aren't on there). Their forums tend to have a fair bit of discussion about what should and shouldn't be included.
